Conditions For Consummation Of Nigeria Gold For Sale

​The consummation of the sale and delivery of any shipment of Gold Bars under this Agreement (including, but not limited to, delivery thereof and payment of the Price) is subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:

All representations and warranties of Seller according to this Agreement are true, correct, complete and not misleading upon signature of this Agreement and shall remain such throughout until the moment of the sale and delivery of all Gold Bars to the Buyer.

Procedure:

Procedure:

1. Seller issues signed SPA /Indemnity to Buyer.

2. Buyer signs SPA /Indemnity and returns to Seller.

3. Buyer meets Seller at an agreed location in Illesha town (Hotel/Office) or Seller meets Buyer at agreed location in Illesha town (Hotel).

4. Seller shows off Product to Buyer for sighting.

5. Buyer sees, tests Product for confirmation.

6. Buyer pays for Product after Test /Confirmation.

7. Seller smelts Product into GOLD BARS according to Buyer’s specifications (kg) if needed.
