(1)The buyer has to come down to Freetown for the inspection of the goods and verification. 

(2)Buyer and seller will sign the agreement offer on the ground (SPA) 

(3)Buyer and seller will share the government taxes on the ground 50/50. 

(4)The seller shall give collateral to the buyer 100% against the payment, and the collateral shall be tested in front of the buyer before the taxes money is paid.

(5)Both buyer and seller’s Representatives will travel to the buyer’s destination for the final assay. 

(6)Final payment will be made after the Assay at the buyer’s refinery.
